performance for our residents that will not soon be forgotten. Dulcimers, Harps, and other fine instruments

GARDENING FUN!
Our vegetable garden is doing very well despite all of the rain we have had. Some of the flowers are begging for
sunshine, though, and we hope Mother Nature will accommodate them soon!
Most recently....the begonias like the weather! |
The squash and cucumbers like the weather! |
The tomatoes like the weather! |
Residents watched the planting from indoors and out. Ones that want to help, do, but mostly they like to watch.

They are growing, but they need some of that warm, humid weather. |

STAFF GUESSING GAME
Our monthly Staff Guessing Game is as popular as ever. In May we gave away two jars of goodies in
celebration of National Nursing Home Week.
We found some unusual containers that were made in Mexico from recycled
glass. Debbie Robinson won our fish
filled with Gobstoppers and Barb
Johnson won our turtle filled with M&Ms.
In June we had another “exact guess” winner, believe it or not! Kelly Cotton guessed exactly 432 kisses in
her jar! More fun in store for future
months!
