We at Christ The King Manor would like to extend our
appreciation, thanks, gratitude, and love to everyone in our community who
helped make this Christmas special to our residents. The picture of the tree demonstrates just part of this generosity
from people who work here, visit here, local church groups, and people who just
show up each year with special gifts.
This overflowing of gifts under the tree is a visual representation of
the generosity of time, talent and love that was shared this year. We thank all of the talented musicians,
church groups, scouts, and community groups who spent countless combined hours
performing and caroling for our residents.
We appreciate the local clergy for taking the time to come here to share
the word of God and bring comfort to our residents. We thank the many groups that came to provide special activities
to our residents. We thank the staff
for a year of endless care provided to our residents, for each department
working together to provide a loving home for our CKM family. Mostly we thank the Patriarch of this love
and generosity, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in whose name we celebrate
this season. Our prayer is that we
keep joy in our hearts and love on our lips as we begin our New Year, always
striving to think, do, and say what is pleasing to Him.
