Mildred Marmura, resident of CKM for over 5 years, will be celebrating her 100th birthday on December 17 of this year. What a milestone! Her daughter and son wanted to be sure those who wished to celebrate with her wouldn't be compromised by inclement weather in December so they planned the party for August 24. Thirty people traveled from all corners of PA, Ohio, and Virginia on Saturday to enjoy the day together. The weather was beautiful so festivities took place in the activity room and outside on the patio. Pictured below with Mildred are her son Ron, also a resident at CKM and her daughter Evelyn from Virginia Beach who planned the event.
