Kathy Bowser, a new volunteer at CKM, made 16 beautiful
quilted blankets for some very lucky residents. Sewing is her favorite pastime and she has offered her talent to
other projects that may need done.
Kathy is a familiar face at CKM since both of her parents, Leo and June
Zawislack, were residents here. Most
mornings Kathy can be found in our skilled dining room helping residents with
their breakfast. Kathy also volunteers
for Hospice making memory bears. She
worked at DRMC as an RN and retired from Jeff Tech as the school nurse after 20
years of service to them.
