Country Pride entertains at CKM

On March 18, the “Country Pride” band came to Christ The King to provide entertainment for our residents. It is such a treat to have them and they have fantastic talent. It is a much anticipated event and Don Marchioni brings the guys to the manor almost monthly. Our residents begin asking the day after "when are they coming again?!"

Mt. Aloysius Radiogoraphy students spend a day at the Manor

Mt. Aloysius Radiography Students spent the day at CKM working with nursing and activities. Their visit was scheduled to fulfill part of a class requirement, but they were extremely helpful and enjoyed their day. Their afternoon was spent assisting with our annual St. Patrick’s Day party and it was a treat for our residents to have them there.

It was a lot of fun with a little music, yummy refreshments, lots of camaraderie, and some newly appointed royalty! On Saturday, February 14 we played Valentine Jingo, our residents winning valentine candy for prizes.
