CATHOLIC EDUCATION STUDENTS VISIT

Students attending the religious education program at St. Michael's and St. Joseph's of DuBois, and St. Bernard's of Falls Creek have been coming to Christ the King on Wednesday afternoons two to three days a month for group activities with our residents.  They always bring or make something yummy to eat, do crafts, sing, and play games for an hour or so after Mass.  This has been an extremely successful program organized by Kathleen Clement who is the coordinator of the religious education program at these churches.  Her efforts and those of her volunteer staff are to be commended.  Kathleen wanted to come up with something meaningful and productive for the students and residents alike. This turned out to be one of the most successful student programs we have had at CKM.  May 15 will be their last visit this school year and we will certianly miss them but will look forward to them coming back in September.  A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved.  Pictured below are some fun photos.
