Over 200 Residents received recognition during our awards ceremony May 27, 2009.

MAY CROWNING AT CKM

Christ The King Manor celebrated their annual May Crowning on May 6. Deacon Bill Wright and Monica Bobal presided at the ceremony that began with the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament followed by Rosary and crowning of the Blessed Mother.

Our staff keeps residents looking their best

A full service beauty shop and dedicated activity staff provide extra TLC to our residents on a regualr basis. Weekly visits to the beauty shop for most residents and bi-weekly manicures are most favored events in the week of our residents.

Country Pride entertains at CKM

On March 18, the “Country Pride” band came to Christ The King to provide entertainment for our residents. It is such a treat to have them and they have fantastic talent. It is a much anticipated event and Don Marchioni brings the guys to the manor almost monthly. Our residents begin asking the day after "when are they coming again?!"

Mt. Aloysius Radiogoraphy students spend a day at the Manor

Mt. Aloysius Radiography Students spent the day at CKM working with nursing and activities. Their visit was scheduled to fulfill part of a class requirement, but they were extremely helpful and enjoyed their day. Their afternoon was spent assisting with our annual St. Patrick’s Day party and it was a treat for our residents to have them there.
